On March 6, 2012, Philly’s folk-rock trio Good Old War will release their third full-length Come Back as Rain through Sargent House. Below, we have the single “Calling Me Names” for you to enjoy, which happens to be the first track the band is sharing from the forthcoming LP. Additionally, we have the track list for Come Back as Rain.

With the RX Bandits announcement that this summer’s tour would be there last, many fans are left wondering what the members of the band will do now that their main project is coming to a close. Well, Sargent House has responded by releasing information for a new project titled ME&LP, which is a collaboration between two of the labels’ greats: Matt Embree, and Lisa Papineau. On August 9th, the duo will release Chez Raymond, which is a 6-song EP that will include the single ” La Bella Tocade.”

On August 30th, Hella fans will be delighted with the release of Tripper, the latest effort from the Sargent House. Featuring Zach Hills‘ frenetic drumming and Spencer Seim‘s shredding guitar riffs, Tripper is certainly a release we are quite excited for.

On May 24th, the Japanese rock trio known as Boris will release their latest effort Attention Please through Sargent House. This is the first of four releases the band will be making in the Spring of 2011, so keep an eye out!

While on their latest tour, Sargent House’s youngest band, Native, debuted a new track! Hopefully, this material will end up on the band’s follow-up to 2010′s Wrestling Moves.

In my eyes, the Glassroom Sessions have now become a staple in the Sargent House. Every time band members of a group on their roster stops in for a visit or a short stay, they record a track live in this beautiful space.
