Two more tracks have leaked from the upcoming Ski Beatz project 24 Hour Karate School. The first, “Aerials,” is a smooth jam that features the vocal stylings of Stalley, Curren$y, Whosane, Terri Walker, and everyone’s favorite, Mos Def.  The second, “Prowler,” is more uptempo and features Jean Grae, Jay Electronica, Joell Ortiz, and again, Mos Def.

Judging by all the news traveling through the music blogosphere regarding Jay Electronica, I figured I should toss up the video (below) of an interview done with the man. Erykah Badu gave birth to a little girl yesterday.  Jay Electronica is the father.  I met Jay while waiting in line at the walk-through window at the Popeye’s in New Haven last summer.  He seems like a really nice guy.  Erykah now has children from Andre 3000, The D.O.C., and Mr. Electronica.  It would be great if those three started a rap group.  They could let Common rap on a few of their tracks, but he couldn’t actually be part of the group, because he decided to wrap it up when he was dating Erykah from 2000 to 2002.
