[OFFICIAL] 2010 Bonnaroo Lineup

Today, I will be constantly updating the official lineup of Bonnaroo as it is announced. This year, the Roo has decided to unveil its artists by allowing the bands themselves to post twitter updates, facebook threads, e-mails, etc …

Gorillaz is an act I am personally waiting for ..
I saw one of their live DVDs and it was absolutely amazing. I have never gotten a chance to experience their show in person and Bonnaroo would be a perfect venue for them ..

Sonia I completely agree haha. This has completely taken over my day BUT .. it is kind of exciting to get a band here or there.
So while the anticipation is painful, the end result will taste so sweet.
How late are they supposed to announce people until?

It appears that the lineup they are sending out looks a lot like a previous post I made regarding Bonnaroo 2010. I found a poster for the lineup a few days ago ..

There are some minor differences but most of these acts have been confirmed and there have been some additions as well ..
I saw that and read in multiple places that its a fake and someone made it in photoshop. The design is just a tweaked color 2009 poster, and it doesn’t have Paul Simon or The Flaming Lips, I wouldn’t base anything off of that image.
Yea thats why I tossed that disclaimer on the post ..
Some of the bands match but thats about it.

Where did you hear about Mew? I can’t find it confirmed anywhere. Would be a heartbreaker if they aren’t playing.

Sorry for the lateness of the my response .. due to covering the live Bonnaroo lineup announcement for roughly 12 hours yesterday and the fact that I am snowed in, I decided to sleep in this morning.

While it may not be from the band’s mouth, CoS seem to be a reliable source as they were also doing the live update of the lineup.
I’ll continue to look for concrete evidence! Don’t fret Mew fans!

Just heard from a friend of the band that Passion Pit will be playing Bonnaroo, but will be announced later. Gives hope for some of the other rumored bands too.
What happened to the paul simon rumor? I thought he said he confirmed… We need some sort of dead band, hopefully Further, but regardless the lineup is tight
how long do we keep finding out and do you have a rough estimate of how many more bands will be playing cuz the list is a little bit skimpy compared to 2009 they had about 160 and we have like 101?
I went through old emails and this is what was added last year after the initial lineup. Lots more bands to come in the next few months.
