Hailing from upstate New York, Josh Carter and Sarah Barthel are the duo who make up the band Phantogram. It is quite surprising to hear these electronic loops and hip-hop beats coming from an area that is anything but urban. Either way, enjoy the track “When I’m Small” from their upcoming release Eyelid Movies.
