STREAMING :: Good Old War / Cast Spells Split EP
I am PUMPED to give this a listen. I was planning on waiting until I purchased my own copy this THURSDAY, DECEMBER 4th at the KNITTING FACTORY, in BROOKLYN .. but I might as wll just give in and listen to the beauty that the two Sargent House groups have to offer. I have experienced both Good Old War and Cast Spells’ live shows and they are certainly a very memorable experience. I strongly suggest you listen to this split, purchase it to support two great bands and label, and go see this tour!

Next up was Dave Davison’s (Maps & Atlases, Hey Tonal) folky side-project Cast Spells. The beauty of Cast Spells shows are that he uses whatever headliner is staged for the tour as a backing band .. luckily for us, this was Good Old War. He played his jams from the Bright Works and Baton EP and a few others from the Good Old War / Cast Spells split EP. [...]
