Phish Announce Festival 8 in CA — October 30 to November 1st — HALLOWEEN SET!

Phish’s three day festival has been announced! It is called Festival 8 and will take place in Indio, California (sorry all you east coasters .. like myself.) The dates are October 30th through November 1st and tickets go on sale next Monday, July 27th, at 10am PST (1PM EST.) Tickets will cost $199, plus a $1 donation fee and a $15 parking pass for each vehicle. REMEMBER! There are no one day passes .. its all or nothing with this.
This will certainly be quite the event .. not only will Phish be playing a total of 8 sets of the three day span BUT they will also be reviving the costumed Halloween set that features an album of another band played in its entirety. This will be the first time the band has done a Halloween performance since 1998. Past Halloween treats have been the Who’s Quadrophenia, the Beatles’ White Album, Talking Heads’ Remain in Light and the Velvet Underground’s Loaded.
